Workingmans House
This is a compact passive house with a modern feel, and is currently under construction. The concept is based on the historical mining shacks of the Lower Shotover River area. This house is 120m² with breathable walls, internal walls are lime plastered, timbers such as Douglas Fir & Macrocarpa so treated timber is not used.
